So far I have absolutely loved this Sleep Innovations 10-Inch SureTemp mattress. Being male and weighing in at around 180, I have not had any issues with sinking through this bed at all. The give in the memory foam isn't super deep anyway and normally just sinks in slightly. More to note on some of the issues I have read about other memory foam mattresses.

I never had any issues with its original smell. It was slightly chemical in odor but I didn't find it to be a problem one bit. It did flatten out completely and had no valleys or sunken in corners as well. A few on here mention that if you wake up sore the first night that it is your body adjust to realignment. It is a great buy for the price!"

"First off, the box is very large and heavy. It's a lot heavier than it looks and compressed into the box very well, like other reviews mentioned. Other reviews have mentioned a distinct odor when opening it up. I like firm mattresses and the initial feeling is a soft sinking feeling with this Sleep Innovations 10-Inch SureTemp mattress, like other memory foam mattresses. I haven't had any issues with the sweating of the mattress or heat retention, even in warm Hawaii weather."

"My brother is a chiropractor and came by to check the bed out. He tried to talk me into getting a Tempurpedic mattress a few weeks before I purchased this mattress. The price for this mattress is far less than a conventional coil spring mattress and I don't think there is a better deal out there. I fully recommend this mattress without reservation."

"A mattress is a very personal thing, and it really is hard to make a decision based on other people's opinions alone. That said, I bought this mattress based on the price and other people's opinions, and I have never looked back.

Having slept on this mattress for a full year now, I can honestly say that it is one of the most satisfying purchases I have ever made. For starters, the fact that you can get a king size mattress delivered the next day for $3.99 (with Prime shipping) is simply amazing to me, not to mention that the mattress itself is less than $500.

The 10 inch mattress seems more than adequate. I would not call this a firm mattress, but it is probably more towards the firm side. Sleep Innovations 10-Inch SureTemp has a very stylish and luxurious look on the platform bed. The material itself is very affected by temperature, as I mentioned before. In the winter the mattress is much firmer when you first lay on it, but it softens as it warms up under your body heat. After a year of sleeping on this mattress, it does not show any signs of wear (i.e. depressions, sagging, changes in firmness)."
